We usually ship merchandise within 48 hours of your order and offer money back guarantee to insure your satisfaction (shipping cost is not included). The only exception are the spray booths as these are made to order and the lead time is up to two weeks. The lead time depends on the size of the booth.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order at any time. Please notify us about the cancellation via email or phone. If the product has not been shipped you will receive a full credit. If the product has already been shipped, you may still cancel the order but in this case you must refuse the package. You will receive a credit (less shipping cost) when we receive the package back. Please, allow up to 48 hours for the credit to post to your credit card.
Return Policy: Returns will only be accepted within the first 10 days of the receipt of merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. All returns must be in the original packaging and in original condition. No exceptions please. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To receive an RMA you must contact us. Items returned to us without RMA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges. Upon receiving your Authorized return, your account will be credited back, less Shipping and Handling. If you need warranty work or replacement, please contact the manufacturer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Returns of larger paint booths such as BBF, EBF, FABSF, FBSL, TEBF, FABF, spray booth fans and duct work are not accepted since they are made to order. All sales of these items are final.
